|Bio:||I provide online psychological therapy by Skype using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
My main areas of expertise are in anxiety, depression and relationships. I have worked in sexual health services in London, which has given me experience in working with sexuality, relationships and male sexual difficulties. I also worked in community mental health services in Auckland, giving me experience in a wide range of adult mental health issues. My previous work as a forensic psychologist in Sydney has given me experience in managing behavioural difficulties.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics and went on to complete a postgraduate Diploma in Psychology at London Guildhall University, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London (2003). My post-doctoral training has included skills in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and training in professional supervision.
