Hello! I'm Alana.
I compassionately support people to navigate "tough stuff" in life and to make shifts they want for their future. I provide tailored and evidence-based interventions that are primarily driven by Cogntive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. I enjoy working with individuals who are strugling with anxiety, depression, or life stress. I also offer a limited number of ADHD assessments, where I can provide ongoing support for difficulties related to neurodivergence.
Alongside my small private practice, I work in the criminal justice sector with a diverse range of clients who are under the care of the Department of Corrections.
