About
Katharina Drusch is a Clinical Psychologist with German roots, who is grateful to be living and working in beautiful Aotearoa for the last nearly two years. She has more than 10 years experience in private settings, research and public mental health settings. Here in New Zealand, she has also helped clients under different ACC contracts, e.g. to better cope with persistent pain.
Katharina is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and developed an increasing passion for the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) over the last years. In her private practice, she offers individualised treatment optimized for adults with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorders. Having an open non-judgmental mindset, Katharina enjoys treating clients with a wide range of difficulties and backgrounds. Katharina sees clients online across New Zealand via Telehealth, evening appointments possible.
