About
I am a Clinical Psychologist who offers evidence-based treatment, equipping clients with effective strategies to improve their wellbeing and become their own therapist. I strive to work in a very collaborative way, utilising clients' strengths and building on their existing coping strategies. I worked at the South Island Eating Disorders Service for a number of years and have developed a strong specialty in treating adults with eating disorders. Further, I have a sports background and have an interest in working with athletes. I also treat a wide range of general mental health concerns, including low mood and anxiety. An additional area of interest is working with new mothers adjusting to parenthood as well as coping with grief and loss.
