I have worked in both public and private sectors with a range of ages, cultures, and presenting difficulties. My aim is to provide a service tailored to each individual and their goals. I have special interests in neurodivergence and offer assessment for Aroreretini (ADHD). I can complete gender affirming assessments for GAHT and therapy for those on their gender journey. I also have a special interest in trauma and provide EMDR.
I am aware that cost can be a barrier to therapy, and work with people to access short-term Gumboot Friday funding for young people up to the age of 25 years, the disability allowance for counselling through WINZ, and funding through insurance. I am also ACC registered to provide therapy through the Sensitive Claims pathway.
