Angela’s areas of interest and experience are in working with:

Angela completed her undergraduate training at Otago University (BA). She went on to complete a BA(Hons), a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology all at Massey University. She has been qualified as a clinical psychologist since 2003.
Angela has a wide range of clinical experience having worked in adult community mental health at Counties Manukau District Health Board, before going on to work in the Liaison Psychiatry team at Middlemore Hospital. She was also a Senior Lecturer on the Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at Massey University for 8 years. As well as her work in private practice Angela teaches CBT to Psychiatric Registrars in training, and offers workshops in self-management and examination skills for registrars in various training programmes.
