About
Anna is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who is skilled in Adult ADHD, Autism, and Gender Dysphoria assessments. Anna worked for Child and Family CDHB outpatient mental health services for 10 years and has worked privately since 2019. Anna is competent in treating adolescents and young adults, with a particular interest in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and mood dysregulation. Anna has skills in assisting families/whānau regarding complex child behaviour and mental health concerns. Anna utilises the frameworks of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mentalisation Therapy, Metacognitive therapies, and EMDR.
