About
I am originally from the UK where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Nutrition and Health. I left the UK in 2010 and travelled to Australia where I worked for the Department of Corrective Services in Western Australia, delivering group based rehabilitation programmes with both men and women. I relocated to New Zealand in 2015 and worked for the Stop adult service and Odyssey House Trust. I began my clinical psychology training at the University of Canterbury in 2020, graduating in 2023. Since graduating I have worked for Ara Poutama Aotearoa, based at Christchurch Women's Prison, and for Purapura Whetū Trust, where I supervise Intern Psychologists alongside my own clinical work. I am passionate about my role as a psychologist and regards this position as a privilege.
