Please note I am not taking new clients at this time. Hi I’m a trained clinical psychologist with experience in working with adolescents and adults with a range of challenges. I am experienced in mental illness wellbeing and also provide professional supervision. As well as working with depression anxiety managing emotions etc. I also have experience working with police and defence personnel as well as others with trauma. I am trained in both cognitive and mindfulness- based therapies. I believe it is important to find the right fit or match in working with a psychologist and am happy to talk together before committing to meet.
