About
I am a Clinical Psychologist raised in Dunedin offering a warm, collaborative and welcoming space to help clients to navigate life's challenges and build a more fulfilling, meaning driven life. My approach is practical and tailored to you within a safe and non judgemental space. I specialise in working with adults (17+) navigating trauma, mood and anxiety difficulties. I draw mainly on Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients to come to a deeper understanding of themselves and work through obstacles that may be holding them back from doing more of what matters most to them. In addition to my private practice, I also work at the University of Otago supervising trainees in the Clinical Psychology Training Programme and raise my young family here in Dunedin.
