I am working with adult clients and adolescents with a range of difficulties including trauma (ACC sensitive claims) depression anxiety as well as pain or injury related problems (ACC Psychological Services). Further I am also providing couple\s therapy. I work collaboratively using evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I incorporate mindfulness strategies.'
