About
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and an associate member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. I completed a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology at the University of Canterbury. I have experience in public mental health settings, within the criminal justice sector, with carrying out comprehensive clinical assessments, and individual and group treatment. I have a passion for enhancing mental well-being utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide compassionate culturally responsive and personalised psychological treatment to meet each client's needs. Using an evidence-based and client-centered approach I tailor assessments and therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. I enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals struggling with mood and anxiety difficulties and have a particular interest in treating and assessing adult ADHD, and perinatal mental health.
