A priority in sessions is to feel heard, and getting to the core of issues. The  sessions are  collaborative, identifying positive, achievable goals.I believe we have the capacity to resolve personal and interpersonal issues and improve our emotional wellbeing . I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches.  In recent years I have become passionate about the way emotion can be a guide to understanding and managing life's demands, and becoming our 'best' selves. This incudes understanding  the way we regulate emotions, and building safe and rewarding relationships.
