About
With over 23 years of experience, I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board as a clinical psychologist and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.
I specialise in evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. I work with adults and young people aged 17 and older, offering therapy for anxiety, depression, addiction, and psychological trauma.
My services include eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) for trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. Additionally, I provide Stoic mentoring and existential psychotherapy for clients interested in a philosophical approach to mental wellbeing. As a psychologist on Auckland’s North Shore, I offer autism assessments in North Shore for adults, as well as comprehensive psychological assessments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and personality disorders. My areas of expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma therapy, couples therapy, neurodiversity, and addiction treatment.
With clinics in Auckland, Milford, Ponsonby, and Parnell, I provide in-person consultations as well as online psychological services, ensuring accessible and professional support for clients across New Zealand.
