I am a registered Clinical Psychologist based in Ashburton New Zealand. I provide professional psychological therapy to support individuals with their mental well-being. I have experience working with a range of conditions including depression anxiety stress trauma grief adjustment and specific difficulties such as phobias and somatic issues. Being from a rural background I have a special interest in rural mental health and can offer unique support in this area. I provide down-to-earth trauma informed care to promote recovery at a pace that suits my clients.
