Meagan is registered to practice as a clinical psychologist and is a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. She has a strong background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and works with adults who are experiencing difficulties with a wide range of life issues. She has a special interest in Health Psychology having completed her PhD in this area in 2006, and has worked in private practice since that time.

Meagan graduated with a Master of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Canterbury University in 1994. She has worked in public mental health services in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as providing psychological services to physical health teams in the general hospital setting. After completing her PhD at Auckland University Medical School in 2006, Meagan worked for a University affiliated Occupational Medicine clinic before moving into full time private practice in 2009. She has been an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Auckland Medical School for over 20 years teaching medical and health psychology students.
Meagan works Mondays and Wednesday in her clinic in Greenlane and has availability for online appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Initial sessions are usually in person, with the possibility of online sessions following.
