Working with adults 17 years onwards **Sorry I am unable to offer ACC services** I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has 20 years experience working clinically with those with mental health challenges and experiencing difficult life events. I also have an interest in supporting family and carers where a loved one has mental or physical health challenges. I will work with you to develop a shared understanding of your current strengths challenges and goals and tailoring evidence-based psychological treatment to help. I am person-centred and have worked with individuals with a range of challenges. I am able to work with you to look at your emotional health your ways of viewing the world and patterns of behaviour that you may wish to see change in. As a Clinical Psychologist I can provide diagnoses if appropriate.
