I'm born and raised in Dunedin and returned to living here 20 years ago after working in both London and Melbourne. My training was in CBT but I now enjoy ACT and mindfulness based approaches. I am trained in EMDR and find this a useful approach for a range of difficulties. I very much enjoy helping people gain an understanding of their difficulties and developing strategies and tools to help overcome the obstacles that are getting in the way of living the life they desire.
