| Bio: | Kia ora, I am a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the New Zealand Psychologist’s Board, and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP). I work a small number of hours in private practice, alongside part time work within adult community mental health for the CDHB. I’ve worked in this area for a few years, seeing adults, couples and families with a wide range of struggles, including depression, trauma, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, bipolar disorder, stress, low self-esteem, emotional distress, and attachment difficulties. Prior to this, I worked for several years within the Child, Adolescent and Family Services, providing assessment and treatment in many areas, including anxiety, depression, school difficulties, ADHD assessments, trauma informed care and self-harming behaviour.
