Dr Pray is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who received her doctorate in the United States. She received her training in a nationally recognized trauma centre and has over 20 years of clinical experience. She holds a convenient waterfront office in the Wellington CBD.
Dr Pray has provided Couples therapy for over 20 years and enjoys helping couples find their way through difficult challenges. She teaches Couples the practical tools to understand and move away from the repetitive arguments and blame cycles, to move closer to one another, and to improve their emotional and physical intimacy and communication. She works to dispel myths about Couples and provides realistic examples that help Couples succeed and build hope again. Her background in attachment and relationship dynamics is used to help both Partners learn how to move closer to one another and build empathy and understanding. She runs regular Couples Workshops and Seminars which help couples build their positive connection together.
