In this role, you'll be involved with a variety of clinical work (assessment and therapy) for injury-related rehabilitation including concussion services, pain management, psychology services, and rehabilitation.
You will be:
- Completing assessments with clients to determine the most appropriate program for their needs
- Liaising with the passionate locally based Body in Motion therapy team and also with external funders
- Managing the care of your clients while working alongside the rest of the business to come up with a holistic plan for treatment
- Provide reports as required for external stakeholders
- Attend professional development courses and ensure knowledge is current, up-to-date, and consistent with leading-edge psychological practice
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold all the appropriate qualifications, including being a Registered Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist with a current practicing certificate
- Have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (required)
- Have experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering meaningful results to your patients
- ACC Psychology Services' experience and treating patients with head injuries would be beneficial
- Work well in a team environment
